It offers a simple yet powerful set of techniques which, with practice, can bring a range of benefits to your life, from mental and physical health to self-awareness and relationships. It isn’t a cure-all, but many people have found practicing mindfulness leads to a deeper sense of connection and meaning in their life.

Michael is committed to supporting you to develop your personal wellbeing practice with integrity and sincerity. His approach to mindfulness is straightforward: pay attention to your current experience as it is, and learn to replace some of the judgement with curiosity and compassion.
Michael is trained by The Mindfulness Clinic Dublin to teach mindfulness-based approaches including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. He also draws upon many years of personal mindfulness practice.
