Michael provides personal, wellbeing, and professional coaching in person or in virtual online sessions. He also facilitates mindfulness and meditation individually, in group workshops, and through courses including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Experience
I’ve experienced working in a wide range of places and styles, from organic farms to corporate and technology businesses across Europe and North America. I volunteered with Aware, the mental health charity, for over two years throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
My personal meditation practice has helped me massively with my own mental health and led me to spend time in Asia where I explored a range of meditation, yoga, and massage styles.
A common theme I often encounter is the stress of the modern human environment that presses us into feeling like we’re barely keeping our heads above water. In this frazzled state, we struggle through “the grind” and much of the joy in life passes us by, unnoticed.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
